Air Cleaner Purifier
An air cleaner purifier reduces air particles inside our homes that can cause diseases. They ensure that the quality of air
inside our homes is clean and safe to breathe in. They filter the air inside our homes by converting dirty air to cleaner air.
There are many products available now that offers different kinds of air cleaners. In addition, with the air becoming more and more polluted,
who doesn’t want a cleaner air to breathe, right? Here are a few tips before you decide to buy an air cleaner purifier.
- Decide on a place for your air cleaner. Where do you need clean air the most? Do you want your whole home or just a part of
your home air purified? What do you need it for? When looking for a place to put your cleaner, it is better to take into consideration
where you spend your time inside your house the most. However, if you decide to transfer from one room to another, you can consider a
compact model instead. In deciding on a place to put, make sure that you have a secure spot for it: close to a plug in outlet, and
should be at least 3” or so from the wall for adequate air circulation. Make sure to read the manual of the product for product
requirements.
- You also need to consider how big the area you wanted purified. The size and capacity of your cleaner depends on the size of
the room or area that you intend to use it. So before you buy, measure your room’s dimensions and buy a model that is according to the
recommended coverage area.
- When buying a product, look at the filtration performance of the cleaner or purifier. Understand that the more filtration a
product has, the better it is. So look at the stages of filtration of the model you are interested in. Remember that the more
filtration stages a product has, the better it is. Because in this way, air would have to pass through additional filters like
HEPA-type or a carbon filter, which means it can remove more than 98% of particles that are airborne. Thus, models with multiple
filtration stages are more efficient.
- You also need to consider the availability of the filters. Brands that are more common could mean much easier replacement
filters to find. So check the type of brand and check filter prices. HEPA filters usually cost more than carbon filters. It is also a
good idea to buy a replacement filter, so you can have on hand when you need one.
These are just a few tips on what to consider when buying an air cleaner purifier. Also, a lot of these products are not cheap so
better decide on why you want to buy one and what do you need it for. Some cleaners also have other features like an ionizer or nano silver
technology. Therefore, prices will increase with more additional features. When you do decide to finally buy one, make sure that the
product keeps working efficiently. Check and clean or replaced the air filters occasionally.
